Breaking News: Vodafone to change call charges from 11th October 2011

Vodafone have just text customers to inform them that their out of allowance charges will be increasing from 11th October 2011.

If you purchased your pay monthly plan before June 2011, your call and text charges will increase to the following:

This represents an interesting situation for Vodafone customers, as previous attempts to raise charges by T-Mobile, Orange and O2 have led to successful cancellation of pay monthly plans. However, you will need to contact Vodafone customer services to “discuss your options”.
