Welcome to UK Mobile Review
A little bit more information about the site and how it originated. I originally set this up back in 2009 under a different name and after a bit of searching and toying with names, I set up UK Mobile Review in June 2011.
Back in 2009, I had just finished university and was at a bit of a loss over what to do next. Naturally, I thought that my degree (in Business Management) would guarantee me a job straight after uni, but that wasn’t the case. Before uni, I worked for Phones4u, a major UK independent retailer and in 2010, I spent one year working as an O2 Guru – a technical product specialist based in a retail store.
In September 2009, I was browsing Twitter and came across some articles that really interested me. At the time, I was completely new to blogging and had no idea what to do or how to start. My good friend @MickyFin helped me get set up and since then well the site has gone from strength to strength. Originally I covered just Nokia, then I covered everything and found it was too much for one person. So now I cover anything that interests me!
The site would not be a success if it wasn’t for you guys, our readers. Without your constant support (in reading the articles as well as sending us tips), the site would not be here now. So THANK YOU! Thank you all for reading, for interacting and for being there with us.
I get up every morning and look on in pride at the site; without you guys, it wouldn’t be worth it. So THANK YOU again!
